Dr. Ralph Dartey is the co-founder and General Overseer of Transforming Life Centre International, headquartered in Ottawa. Together with his wife, Regina Dartey, he leads a dynamic ministry organisation with both local and international branches.
A unique Apostolic and Prophetic calling, used to establish churches globally, strengthen believers and raise up new leaders. An anointed preacher, visionary leader, mentor and leadership coach whose teaching carries deep spiritual insight.
A musician, worship leader, songwriter and recording artist. Author of Fighting Discouragement and Our Minds Matter — the first launched at Parliament Hill in 2017, with proceeds supporting the Canadian Mental Health Association. His weekly podcast is A Transforming Word with Dr. Ralph Dartey.
Founder of TLC Foundation and TLC Missions, supporting orphanages and motherless babies’ homes in Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana and Zimbabwe — transforming lives tangibly, beyond the pulpit.
Rev. Mrs. Regina Dartey — affectionately known as Pastor Regina — co-founds and oversees Transforming Life Centre International. She partners closely with Dr. Ralph Dartey in pastoring TLC’s main branch, TLC King’s Palace, which serves over 2,000 members.
With more than 40 years of ministry experience, she has helped establish over 50 church locations worldwide. She leads Royal Daughters, TLC’s women’s ministry, mentoring women and girls through prayer, teaching and fellowship.
Wife, mother, nurse and pastor. Mentor, intercessor, preacher and wise counsellor — and also an interior designer, innovator and real estate investor.
Particularly passionate about empowering women and children, helping them walk in their God-given purpose.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing from York University, Toronto, and a Master’s in Theology from Liberty University, Virginia.
